This is my number 3 Japanese food favorite after ramen and sushi. It is Gyoza! I never succeed in making ramen and sushi, but gyoza, I made it! Here is the way how I made it.
Ingredients:
1. Garlic
2. Leeks
3. Minced beef
4. Green vegetables
5. Salt
6. White Pepper
7. Flavorings
8. Gyoza skin
Procedures:
1. Prepare the minced beef, boil it properly, then do not forget to filter it after it is cooked.
2. Cut garlic and leeks into pieces.
3. Cut also the green vegetables into pieces.
4. Put together the boiled minced meat and the pieces of green vegetables, garlic, and leeks.
5. Pour the salt, white pepper, and flavorings
6. Mix them well
7. Put the mixture on the gyoza skin surface, then fold it like the picture below
8. Put oil into the frying pan (make sure you are using a stainless steel frying pan to avoid they stick to the surface of the frying pan), then put you also.
9. After they become enough burnt, you should put water to steam them.
10. Around 5-10 minutes, you can have Gyoza!
