How To Make Capcay

If you don't have any idea how to proceed with your vegetables, then Capcay can become one of the choices. Easy to follow!

Ingredients:
1. Onion

2. Garlic

3. Carrots (you can choose any kind of vegetables you like)


4. Cabbage


5. Red chilies

6. Eggs


7. Salt
8. Flavorings
8. Sugar

Procedure:
1. Cut the onion, garlic, and red chilies into pieces, grind them well




2. Cut the carrots and cabbage into pieces, then boil them in a pot. Pick them up when cooked already.




3. Fry the pieces of no. 1 in a frying pan. Then put no. 2 with a little amount of water.




4. Crack the eggs and shake them well. After that, pour and spread them on no. 3. Do not forget to give salt, flavorings, and sugar as your taste.






5. Mix all well until water evaporates and you get the texture you want. Now you can have your Capcay!
