This is the continuation of this posting. I mentioned in that posting that I will explain how to make Indian chicken curry in a different posting. So, here it is: how to make Indian chicken curry.
Ingredient:
11. Salt
12. Sugar
13. Vegetable oil
14. Water
Procedure:
2. Fry them with vegetable oil. When it gets half cooked, add the red chilies and wait until cooked.
5. During the cooking, you can adjust the taste by using salt and sugar.
6. Continue the cooking until the texture of the curry appears, see like the picture in no. 7. (Do not cover the frying pan to let the water evaporate in order to get the texture)
7. Your Indian chicken curry is ready to be served.
